Terms of Service for Frontier Zero: Alien Shooter

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game Frontier Zero: Alien Shooter (“the App”), provided by MyFunyGames (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Frontier Zero for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You do not acquire ownership of the App or any intellectual property associated with it.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law
- Modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without permission

3. Game Progress
Frontier Zero may save game progress, settings, upgrades, and other gameplay information locally on your device.
We cannot guarantee that locally stored progress will always be recoverable.
Game data may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear App storage, reset your device, change devices, or experience hardware or software failure.
4. Advertisements
Frontier Zero may contain advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
Advertisements may include rewarded advertising and interstitial advertising.
Rewarded advertisements are optional and may provide an in-game benefit after successful completion of the advertisement.
Availability of advertisements is not guaranteed. An advertisement may sometimes be unavailable because of network conditions, geographic availability, advertising inventory, technical issues, or third-party service conditions.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or external websites promoted by advertisers.
5. Third-Party Services
Frontier Zero may use third-party technologies and services including Google Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Google AdMob.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third-party provider.
6. Updates and Changes
We may update Frontier Zero from time to time.
Updates may:
- Add or remove features
- Change gameplay mechanics
- Adjust game balance or difficulty
- Modify levels, enemies, rewards, or progression
- Fix technical problems
- Change advertising implementation
- Improve performance or compatibility
We do not guarantee that any particular feature or game mechanic will remain available indefinitely.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Frontier Zero available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The App or certain features may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, network problems, third-party services, technical failures, or circumstances outside our control.
8. Intellectual Property
Frontier Zero and its associated game design, software, graphics, interface, text, branding, logos, characters, audio, and other original content are owned by or licensed to MyFunyGames and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce or commercially use our content without appropriate permission.
9. Disclaimer
Frontier Zero is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be free from errors, interruptions, incompatibilities, or technical problems.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyFunyGames will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary due to abuse, unlawful activity, security concerns, violation of these Terms, or discontinuation of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

If the Terms change, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be updated.
Continued use of the App after an updated version of these Terms becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
